Stabilisation, fire protection and sound insulation for lightweight steel roofs
Our high-quality baiform VSFs are made from extruded (XPS) or expanded (EPS) polystyrene foam, PUR/PIR or mineral fibre – semi-rigid and pressure-resistant to meet the highest demands. Depending on the material, they are provided with a protective laminate that offers additional safety and long-lasting durability.
On request, the groove fillers are also available in black or white PE film with official building approval – for flexible and reliable application.
Application
Pressure-resistant full groove fillers (VSF-D) have a load-bearing effect. Thanks to their unique properties, rock wool full groove fillers enhance both fire and sound protection. The filled grooves block hot gases in case of fire, avoiding additional stress.
Please provide us with the following information when requesting a quotation:
- Trapezoidal profile
- A or B profile groove, positive or negative
- Laminated or unlaminated
- Preferred material (semi-rigid or pressure-resistant)
- Required square metres or running metres
