At Bailer, we are working to reduce the use of energy and materials in our processes and, wherever possible, to return recyclable residual materials to the material cycle. As a company specializing in the processing and customization of insulation materials, we have a particular responsibility to conserve resources and protect the environment.

The digitalization of our processes helps us to monitor and optimize material use, production workflows and energy consumption more effectively. Environmental protection and resource conservation

We invest in energy-efficient production equipment. Our photovoltaic system generates approximately 25% of the electricity we require at our site. We continuously optimize our production and logistics processes to reduce energy consumption and material use.

Material Use and Recycling

Depending on the material, our product solutions take into account factors such as technical service life, recovery and recycling options, as well as the use of recycled materials. Selected products contain recycled materials.
